OPA PEPTIDES · LABORATORY TOOL

Peptide reconstitution calculator.

Enter the vial size, choose the diluent and its volume, and get the resulting concentration, the syringe units for any target amount, and a step-by-step reconstitution protocol. Works for every vial in the Opa Peptides research catalog.

Reconstitution protocol — 10 mg vial + 2 mL Bacteriostatic water

Standard multi-draw laboratory diluent; supports refrigerated storage of the reconstituted solution.

  1. Prepare the workspace. Wipe down the work surface and the septa of both vials with 70% isopropyl alcohol. Allow both to air-dry fully before piercing.
  2. Equilibrate to room temperature. Remove the 10 mg lyophilized vial from cold storage and let it stand 15–20 minutes. Reconstituting a cold vial can cause condensation inside.
  3. Draw the diluent. Using a sterile syringe, draw exactly 2 mL of bacteriostatic water.
  4. Add slowly against the vial wall. Insert the needle at an angle and release the 2 mL down the inside wall of the peptide vial — never jet the stream directly onto the lyophilized cake.
  5. Swirl, do not shake. Gently roll the vial between your fingers until the cake fully dissolves. The solution should be clear and particle-free; discard if cloudy after 10 minutes.
  6. Verify the concentration. The vial now holds 5 mg/mL (5,000 mcg/mL). Label the vial with the concentration, diluent, date, and batch number from the COA.
  7. Store correctly. Refrigerate at 2–8 °C, protected from light. Do not freeze a reconstituted vial unless the batch documentation specifies it.
  8. Record and draw. For each research draw of 500 mcg, pull 0.1 mL (10 U-100 units) and log it against the batch record.

I HOW IT WORKS

Four inputs, exact concentrations.

1 · Enter the vial size

Pick a preset — Retatrutide 30 mg, Tirzepatide 30 mg, BPC-157 10 mg, GHK-Cu 50 mg, TB-500 10 mg, KPV 10 mg — or type any custom vial mass in milligrams.

2 · Choose the diluent

Select bacteriostatic water, sterile water, or normal saline, then enter the milliliters added to the vial. The calculator returns the concentration in mg/mL and mcg/mL instantly.

3 · Read the target volume

Set a target amount in micrograms and read off the exact solution volume — in mL and in U-100 syringe units — that contains it, plus draws per vial.

4 · Follow the protocol

Below the results, the tool generates an eight-step reconstitution protocol using your exact vial size, diluent, and volume — from equilibration to storage.
